What's included in a standard turnover clean?+
Every turnover covers a full reset: kitchen and bath sanitation, floors, dusting high-touch surfaces, fresh bed-making, restocked essentials, trash out, and a quick visual stage. We follow a room-by-room checklist so visit #1 looks identical to visit #100.
How far in advance should I book?+
48 hours is ideal so we can lock in your preferred slot, but we accept same-day and last-minute requests whenever a cleaner is open. Recurring Airbnb hosts get priority on their standing checkout windows.
Do you work weekends and holidays?+
Yes — we clean 7 days a week, including most holidays. Short-term rentals don't pause, so neither do we. Just send your calendar and we'll match it.
Can scheduling sync with my Airbnb or VRBO calendar?+
Yes. We can set up automated scheduling so turnovers are triggered the moment a guest checks out — no manual texts, no missed cleans.
What cleaning products do you use? Are they safe for guests and pets?+
We use effective, guest-friendly products that sanitize thoroughly without harsh chemical smells. Hospital-grade disinfectants are used on high-touch surfaces, and we can switch to fully fragrance-free or eco-certified products on request — just let us know in your booking notes.
Are you insured?+
Fully insured. Coverage details are available on request before your first booking so you can share them with your property manager or HOA.
What if a guest leaves the property a disaster?+
We document the condition with photos before we start, send you a heads-up, and quote any extra time before we keep going — no surprise charges after the fact.
